Barbara Casarin

Barbara Casarin is an experienced Talent Development Specialist (www.barbaracasarin.com). Helping enhance people’s skills and competencies, support employees in leveraging their talents and learning to understand how to balance their own expectations with those of their employers are some key areas of her activity. Additionally, one of her passions is intercultural competence, which developed from her being Italian, living in Germany and working in global environments for over 25 years. When not developing talents or writing, Barbara enjoys motorcycle riding and scuba diving.
