IBM Open Sources Kestrel Programming Language

IBM has contributed the Kestrel threat-hunting language to the Open Cybersecurity Alliance (OCA), reports Jessica Hardcastle.

The Kestrel programming language uses automation to accelerate the threat-hunting process and “provides an abstraction for threat hunters to focus on what to hunt instead of how to hunt,” according to GitHub.
