Ardour 7.0 is now available, bringing many changes and additions to the popular open source digital audio workstation (DAW), reports Sourav Rudra.
Version 7 is a major release, and it marks the end of 32-bit builds, Rudra says. Other updates include:
- Clip launching feature
- Integration of loop library
- Improved MIDI editing
- Support for Apple silicon
